Read more, excite more

After joining this Pinterest socmed, I got a lot of references for more.
Well yeah, I read more and excite more from 1 blog to another useful blog. Thanks to Avie that recommend to have an account in Pinterest.
At my normal time (such as working period in normal shift or office hour) I can't have enough time to browse interesting stuff on internet. But during my standby time now in the middle of jungle with one internet cable in my room, it feels AWESOME!
I bring my book as well, which I read it on my bed, during break time.
I'm so grateful with this current experience. Soooooo exciteddddd! :)

Favorite Items

Hey there!

Still in the middle of the sea.
But today is sooooo awesome! I have time to do morning exercise, technical work, read a book, and napping, also continue work in the afternoon, some chat with my favorite person, bbq dinner, also have the Sunday service. This is the first rig I know which has Sunday service. Cool one :)

Well, at the moment I'm wondering of what could be favorite things for people. I believe that everyone with different background, environment, different experience must have really different favorite items.

I did make my own "corat-coret" back in 2010, and here below. I don't think the items mentioned below had changed for today. Indeed, still similar, maybe more stuffs to be added, but these ones representing enough.

What's yours?

God, thank you. This life is really wonderful :)

don't stop, keep it moving, put your head up!

Work Ethics

We do have options on how to do stuffs. It doesn't matter on what kind of stuff we are busily engaged to.
Good work ethics.
These stuffs become my primary reason to continue working here.

Well, I realize that we can learn good work ethics from other place though, but I do believe that my current company has really good one. Not perfect, definitely, but I still can take so many good practice from here.

In oil and gas operation, people think it must be really rough, and yes, it is.
It’s an obligatory to do things right, first time, every time. Otherwise, other person or even yourself could be in danger. The operation I’m working with now are handling big pressure, literally. We charged the tools up to 15000 psi, and sometimes 22.500 psi. So good work ethics start in how to do things right, first time, every time.

Follow the rules. Sometimes we forget that we are working with rules, if you don’t like the rules in the company, just quit, make your own company with your own rules or work at other company that have appropriate rules for you. As long as we are beneath the wings of the company, follow the rules. Like or dislike. At some position, we will have authority to create rules, which most likely to improve work or better condition. Then here, we can adjust some inconvenience items to be convenience ones.

Respect others. When you start to respect other colleagues, then you will get respect from them too. All people are learning, some people start earlier, some others later. But then as a team, respectfully between each other surely make good work within.
Make sure you use good communication in any conversation. You might be someone with really high position and need reluctance from others, just remember your charisma is not good if you are crude-talker. Better not show your power by words, show it by action. Real one.

Soldier role

Soldier Role?

Hehe, exaggerating!!

Tapi lumayan sih, sekarang memang lagi jadi ujung tombak pekerjaan. Setelah terpilih, kontraktor tentunya persiapan pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Dan kami (as soldier) melakukan pekerjaannya di lapangan.

Huh hah huh hah

Cape tapi seru kok. Banyak pengalaman baru. Tidak boleh berhenti belajar. Apa pun perannya.

Sacrifice? or Selfish?

Hey there!
I’ve just got conversation with my Indian friend here, which is kind remind me of such thing that I wasn’t remember about.

Well, I was start telling him that if I’m going to India, for sure I want to see the Big Building (one of the 7 wonders, that we all know what is it). It’s symbol of Love, like a really big gift from the King to his wife.

Aside of that sweet love story, he told me a thing. He mentions that from his side, it was not a Love symbol.
The story is that after the building had been built, to let no other place has that kind of beautiful design, they do cut the artist’s hand of who made it.

Tragic.

Love is more about sacrifice. Not a selfish thing.
I’m not judging. But I do pick side.
Heart heart heart.

1 hela napas!

Ketenangan batin itu mudah ditemui. Berhenti berpikir rumit. Berhenti khawatir.
Tarik napas panjang dan tersenyumlah.
Pelan-pelan, satu per satu beban akan terlepas, terbang jauh entah kemana.

Musik asik juga bisa membantu memunculkan rasa tenang.

1 hela napas :)
